Empower Dublin Education
The Dublin Education Alliance (the “Alliance”), in partnership with our community, supports essential programs and resources through the Empower Education campaign to maintain a high-quality education for all students across Dublin Unified School District.
During the 2025–2026 school year, the Alliance made a $175,000 districtwide investment to strengthen academic support across all schools. This funding expanded elementary intervention programs and secondary after-school tutoring, creating more opportunities for targeted smallgroup instruction and personalized learning. This support helps students build foundational skills while allowing teachers to provide more focused attention across all learners.
In the 2024–2025 school year, the Alliance also provided $2,500 to every elementary school in the district to increase campus supervision hours, supporting safe, well-supervised environments before and after school. These investments reflect the Alliance’s commitment to educational excellence, student achievement, and strong community partnership and are only possible because of the generosity of our donors, families, and partners.

Invest in Our Students
We are asking families to invest $360 per student per school year to ensure every student continues to have access to the support and opportunities they need to thrive. Every dollar donated goes directly to supporting students across the district, including:
- Expand Academic Support – Reduce student-to-teacher ratios by providing targetedhelp for those who need extra support and challenging advanced learners. Through more personalized instruction and small group learning opportunities classrooms will be better equipped to support students of all levels.
- Enhancing Campus Support – Build on districts effort by increasing custodial staff to maintain a clean school environment and expanding campus supervisor hours to strengthen student safety and supervision.
- STEM Science Fair – Developing future science fair programs to promote curiosity, innovation and a love for STEM; with the goal of making them accessible to all students and expanding district wide in the future.
